Our team is a one stop shop for National Accounts. We work directly with the customer’s construction team to design the perfect solution for their needs. We create a custom specification and provide a designated account representative to ensure quality control and customer satisfaction. We then provide a completely turnkey installation of the specified product nationwide and support the customer through the warranty period and beyond.
We work extensively with many owners, developers, and contractors, to design, create specifications, budget, quote, and install all types of doors on small, medium, and large mixed use projects. From performance grade parking entry doors to fire rated trash doors, we do it all. We emphasize installing the correct product for each unique application to provide the best customer experience and to reduce the lifetime cost of each door.
Very few companies can design and install doors to meet the very specific criteria that defense and space contractors have. From doors 58’ tall and 25’ wide installed in tight spaces to doors specifically designed for cleanrooms, we do it all. When working on highly custom projects like this, having talented project managers and working with some of the most experienced installers in the industry is critical to the success of the project.
The Factor Door team has worked extensively with the happiest place on earth on multiple new attractions over the years. One of our recent projects was for the new Star Wars expansion. Our team worked with Walt Disney Imageneering in the early design phase and then was selected to install these doors in both CA and FL. We provided both highly custom and standard doors to meet the needs of each specific opening.
Our team recently was engaged to design, quote, and install multiple doors at the Kennedy Space Center visitor’s center for a new attraction. There were very specific requirements for the doors to act as fall protection, meet a specific speed, integrate with the ride controls, and to be very low maintenance and reliable for reduced ride downtime. Using some of the best installers in the industry, we completed this difficult installation in a very tight timeline.
